Expertise you can verify. Results you can measure.
I design and ship dependable software. This page shows what I know, what I’ve delivered and the evidence behind it, so you can judge the work before we talk.
What I’m expert in
Four areas where I’ve done the work repeatedly, not just read about it.
Software development
Maintainable web and application code, with tests and reviews that hold up under change.
System design
Architectures that scale with the business, with the trade-offs written down.
AI integration
Right-sized AI features with clear limits, evaluation and cost control.
Performance and reliability
Faster pages, calmer on-call rotations and measurable uptime.
Track record
Each project is shown as the problem, what I did and the measured result.
LedgerLoop payments platform
settlement processing time
- The problem
- Nightly batch settlement took nine hours, delaying merchant payouts and flooding support with tickets.
- What I did
- Replaced the batch job with an event-driven pipeline and idempotent consumers, then migrated in stages with zero downtime.
- The result
- Settlement dropped from nine hours to about three, and payout-delay tickets fell 71% in the first quarter.
Harbor Health patient portal
completed appointment bookings
- The problem
- The booking flow was slow and confusing, and 41% of patients abandoned it before confirming.
- What I did
- Rebuilt the flow, cached availability data and fixed accessibility issues found in an audit.
- The result
- Completed bookings rose 38% and 95th-percentile load time fell from 4.8 to 1.2 seconds.
Northwind routing service
request throughput
- The problem
- The routing service topped out at 500 requests a minute and failed during seasonal peaks.
- What I did
- Redesigned it around partitioned queues and horizontal scaling, with load tests before every release.
- The result
- Throughput grew fourfold with no peak-season outages, and cost per request fell 29%.
The background behind the work.
Formal training, certifications and public work that back up what I say.
- BSc in Computer Science, 2009
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Professional level
- Regular speaker on scalable architecture at engineering conferences
- Maintainer of an open-source API testing library
- Principal engineer for fintech, healthcare and logistics clients
Core stack
Tools I use in production, and how deeply.
How I work
The habits that make results repeatable, not lucky.
Understand
I start with your goals, constraints and users before proposing anything.
Decide in writing
Architecture and trade-offs are documented so you can challenge them.
Deliver in steps
Small, working releases with progress you can see.
Measure
We agree the metric first, then check it after launch.
What I hold myself to.
These are the standards I measure my own delivery against.
Ask me howHe rebuilt our settlement system without a single minute of downtime, and payouts that used to take a day now clear before lunch. We have worked together on three projects since.
Priya Raman, CTO, LedgerLoopEvery decision came with a written reason and a trade-off, so our team could challenge it. That clarity is why the booking flow worked the first time we launched it.

GreenGeeks Review 2026
I tested speed, uptime, support and value to see whether this eco-friendly web host is worth it for developers, freelancers and small teams.
